Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Montvale, NJ is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support our culinary team and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You will help ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and smallware for a fast-paced service.

You will follow strict food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards, assist with trash disposal and linen bags, and monitor the dish machine to meet rinse and wash temperature criteria. This role offers growth within a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining prep areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils; keep the station stocked.
• Monitor the dish machine and ensure items meet wash/rinse temperature criteria.
• Handle trash disposal and linen bag removal as part of daily duties.
• Support team to ensure service runs smoothly.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests by supporting our culinary team. As a dishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and making sure we are always stocked with clean dishes and smallware’s. You will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You would also be responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. As a dishwasher you will also monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state. Compensation Range: $15.92 per hour – $18.50 per hour
