Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our culinary team. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and ensuring we are always stocked with clean dishes and smallwares.

This role requires commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards, and involves trash disposal, linen bag removal, and monitoring the dish machine.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests by supporting our culinary team. As adishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and making sure we are always stocked with clean dishes and smallware's. You will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You would also be responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. As a dishwasher you will also monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.
