Job summary

Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, CA is hiring Full Time and Part Time Dishwashers to join our kitchen team. Shifts include early mornings and afternoons with flexible start times, and duties focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, and utensils.

The Dishwasher is responsible for operating the dish machine, storing clean wares, and supporting a well-kept kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Food Handler card within 30 days of employment.
• Previous kitchen/dishwashing experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area and report issues to Executive Chef.
• Monitor water temperature and sanitation levels for proper wash cycles.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware, ensuring adequate supply for dining and kitchen areas.
• Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards.

We are hiring Full Time and Part Time Dishwashers to join our kitchen team.

Hours:

Shifts are available both weekdays and weekends. We have am shifts available from 6:00am-2:30pm, and pms shifts available with a flexible start time between 1:00pm and 3:00pm until close.

Job Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately to Executive Chef.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Clean floor mats nightly.
• Clean work area, kitchen and equipment using broom, mop, sponge, cleaning solution or other appropriate tool or material.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpsters.
• Perform general cleaning tasks while adhering to health and safety standards.

Position Requirements:

Possess current Food Handler card or be willing to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
