Job summary

Piatti Mill Valley is seeking a Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen and uphold cleanliness standards across the dishwashing area. You’ll operate the dish machine, wash pots and utensils, and help the line stay on pace during service.

We offer AM and PM shifts, no experience required—training provided—and a path to culinary growth within the Piatti family. Competitive pay at $19 per hour with full-time and part-time schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Run the dish machine to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen wares.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dishes and tools flowing back to the line to maintain pace during busy service.
• Help keep the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Follow cleaning schedules and pitch in wherever the team needs a hand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about getting it right
• The ability to stay focused and work safely around kitchen equipment and machinery
• Good communication skills and the ability to read cleaning schedules and prep lists
• Someone who can keep up in a fast-paced kitchen and adjust as priorities shift
• Availability for AM or PM shifts
• No experience necessary. We'll train you.
