This position is responsible for following all sanitary procedures and standards. You must comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation. The role involves operating proper cleaning equipment and prioritizing pot and dish washing to support the rotation of needed materials. You will also perform janitorial duties in various dining service areas.
