Responsibilities:

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly
• Set up workstations before meal prep
• Maintain sufficient clean dishes, especially during busy times
• Manage cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
• Check machine operation and report issues
• Remove garbage regularly
• Sanitize kitchen areas, including floors

Requirements:

• Experience as a Dishwasher or in wait staff preferred
