Job summary

The Dishwasher position at Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Livermore, CA is responsible for cleaning and storage duties across dining areas, ensuring sanitation and compliance with regulations. You will help maintain dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment while rotating food and supplies in a busy hospitality setting.

We seek individuals with a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of fine or casual dining experience.

Responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity. Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
