Sagora is seeking a Dishwasher at Asher Point of Lincoln to support residents by maintaining clean dining areas and kitchen spaces. You will wash dishes, monitor equipment, and help ensure a high standard of service during meals.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils to high cleanliness standards.
• Monitor the dishwashing machine temperature daily to ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or damaged dishes and notify supervisor.
• Store all dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for next use.
• Dispose of all trash in a proper manner.
• Clean the dishwashing machine inside and out after each shift.
• Deep clean the kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer each evening.
