Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Lincoln, Nebraska is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and support high-quality meals for residents. You will wash dishes, monitor dishwashing equipment, and help store supplies while following safety standards.

Position available as Full-time, Part-time, or PRN at Asher Point of Lincoln. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and English communication is required. Sagora offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for team growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine on a daily basis to ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or broken dishes or damaged utensils and notify supervisor.
• Store dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for next mealtime.
• Dispose of all trash properly.
• Clean the dishwasher inside and out after each shift.
• Deep clean the kitchen monthly and sweep/mop floors nightly.
