Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils to maintain highest cleanliness.
• Monitor dishwasher temperature and ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or damaged dishes and report.
• Store dishes and utensils for next meals.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Clean dishwasher and kitchen at end of shift.
• Sweep and mop floors and walk-in areas nightly.
