About the Role:

Our franchise organization, Golden Corral, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Utility Persons / Dishwashers. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Cleanliness:

• Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the restaurant, creating a safe and pleasant environment.
• Clean the outside of the building and parking lot.
• Check, clean, and restock restrooms.
• Empty trash and keep the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean.
• Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
• Follow the duty roster, ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Comply with local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Stock kitchen and service areas with appropriate utensils and supplies.
• Maintain organization, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Report equipment and facility issues to the Manager.

Guest Service:

• Understand and perform responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery of service.
