Job Summary:

Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment including dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and equipment. Report to the Director of Dining Services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure dishes and kitchenware are sanitized according to standards
• Operate dishwashing machine safely and efficiently
• Load soap and rinse chemicals properly
• Remove damaged or broken items from service
• Stock food and non-food deliveries
• Empty garbage bins and break down boxes
• Deep clean kitchen and equipment
• Attend training and seminars
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards
• Maintain professionalism with residents, visitors, and coworkers
• Perform other duties as assigned
