Kinston Country Club is seeking a dependable, hardworking dishwasher to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen for daily dining, banquets, and events.

You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate the dishwashing machine, assist with prep, and follow food safety procedures. Training is provided and shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate the dishwashing machine safely and follow proper cleaning procedures.
• Scrape, sort, and organize dishes before washing; return clean items to designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout each shift.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove trash and recycling, and clean waste containers.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, storage areas, and equipment as directed.
• Help receive and store deliveries and supplies.
• Assist with basic food preparation when assigned and properly trained.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report equipment problems, damaged items, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Complete opening, closing, and other assigned kitchen duties.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and service staff during busy meal periods and events.

This position supports our culinary and service teams by ensuring dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas are clean and ready for daily dining, banquets, and club events.

Essential Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Operate the dishwashing machine safely and follow proper cleaning procedures.

• Scrape, sort, and organize dishes before washing; return clean items to designated storage areas.

• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout each shift.

• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
