As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team and ensuring our restaurant operates seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Safely operating the commercial dishwasher and ensuring all items are stored in their designated locations.
• Sweeping, mopping, and assisting with general kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Emptying garbage and recycling as needed.
• Maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assisting the kitchen staff with basic cleaning and other tasks as directed.
• Communicating with the kitchen team to meet dish and equipment needs.
• Completing closing cleaning duties as assigned.
