What You'll Do:

• Keep the vibes (and the dishes) fresh by operating dish machines and hand-washing where needed

• Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen by washing cookware, utensils, and keeping workspaces spotless

• Jump in to assist the culinary team with basic prep—peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients

• Uphold high safety and sanitation standards to keep our kitchen a safe paradise

• Work side-by-side with your team to make sure service is smooth and seamless

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
