- Dishwashing: Washing and drying dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using both hand washing and dish machine techniques.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment, including cleaning the dish area, equipment, and chemicals.
- Trash Removal: Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
- Assistance: Assisting other team members with unloading deliveries, storing supplies, and other tasks as needed.
- Food Safety: Adhering to food safety procedures and regulations.
- Other Duties: May be responsible for changing dish machine chemicals, water, and the three-compartment sink.
- Inspection: Inspecting and verifying that the dish machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.
