Job summary

Carter Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations in Johnson City, Texas. You will wash dishes by hand or in the machine, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety standards.

Weekend and holiday availability is required as part of a rotating schedule. The role emphasizes attention to detail, consistent attendance, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or dishwashing experience preferred.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Consistent attendance in accordance with company standards.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes by hand and/or placing them in a dishwashing machine.
• Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand and/or by use of hand truck.
• Restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, washing work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Moving trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Performing other duties as assigned, which may include, but are not limited to, loading and/or unloading supply trucks, setting up banquet tables, assisting with food preparation.
• Following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Complying with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including proper handling of all relevant equipment and machinery.
• Handling, storing and labeling all hazardous substances according to state and federal regulations.
• Attending all mandatory meetings, as directed.
• Performing other tasks, including cross‑training, as directed.

Schedule

Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and some holidays.

Compensation

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
