Responsibilities

• Work in culinary and preparation and pantry spaces throughout arena.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machine, hand wash stations and pot scrubbing stations.
• Complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities.
• Ensure clean dishware is stored.
• Maintain sanitation areas.
• Maintain the organization of all chemicals and cleaning supplies; proper storage of mops, brooms, etc.
• Assist guests and support other F&B departments as needed.
• Work with operation to ensure event service standards are met.
• Partner with F&B leadership to ensure successful operation.

This is a part-time, event-based position located within the Food and Beverage Department of Great Park Ice and Sports Complex.
