Job summary

Irvine Ice Foundation is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen and sanitation operations on-site at the arena in Irvine, CA. The role involves dishwashing, cleaning, and assisting the culinary team during events.

You will follow safety and sanitation guidelines, maintain organized work areas, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education level as stated: Less than high school.
• Experience required: 0–1 year.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary, preparation, and pantry areas throughout the arena
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and dishwashing machines, including hand-wash stations and pot-scrubbing stations
• Complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently
• Ensure clean dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and organized
• Clean and maintain sanitation and dishwashing areas
• Follow proper work procedures and comply with safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain organization and storage of cleaning chemicals, mops, brooms, and related supplies
• Navigate arena layout to assist guests and work with operations partners to meet service standards
• Contribute to maintaining excellent guest service standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Pay Details: The starting hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.
