The dishwasher is a vital member of the back-of-house team responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the kitchen. This role ensures that all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly to support smooth kitchen operations and food safety standards.
