Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Organize, clean, and store dishes, silverware, glasses, and all cooking apparatus used in food service departments.
• Ensure specified water temperatures are used and maintain cleanliness to meet health code standards.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products; organize storage and inventory of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and walls.
• Assist in training new dishwashers; ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Interact professionally with co-workers and assist with waste removal and product stocking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. (entry-level position, no experience necessary).
• Ability to learn cleaning procedures, health codes, and promote teamwork.
• Work accurately in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching.
• Work inside and outside in various conditions; assist with deliveries and pallet breakdowns.
