Dishwasher Position

The Dishwasher position involves:

• Keeping the dish area clean and organized
• Loading, running, and unloading the dish machine
• Restocking all plateware and silverware on each station
• Monitoring dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles
• Washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware
• Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
