The Dishwasher position is about:

• Keeping the dish area clean and organized.
• Loading, running, and unloading the dish machine.
• Restocking all plateware and silverware on each station.
• Monitoring dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware.
• Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
