Job summary

Restaurant 604 in Honolulu seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to ensure clean dishes for dining room and kitchen. You will operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment, dispose of waste properly, and support a smooth daily service.

As a team player, you will uphold sanitation standards, attend to side-work, and adapt to early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience is not required, but reliability and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest and Manager satisfaction.
• Must be able to pass food safety training.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the “General Policies and Procedures” section of the Dishwasher Training Manual.
• Maintains a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts 10 minutes prior to scheduled time, switching and finding replacements for no more than 5% of scheduled shifts, following company time off and illness procedures, and having a 0% No call/no show record.
• Follows all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company; maintains a score of 90% or better on all sanitation and safety audits.
• Meets all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards as specified in the Employee Handbook and Dishwasher Training Manual.
• Maintains our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards; ensures all dishes and utensils leaving the station are spotless 100% of the time.
• Performs side-work correctly as specified in the “Side-work Duties” section of the Dishwasher Training Manual.
• Follows all end‑of‑shift checkout procedures with 100% as specified in the “End of Shift/Checkout Procedures” section of the Dishwasher Training Manual and outlined by the company.
• Follow all dishwashing procedures in accordance with company standards 100% of the time.
• Maintains a continuous workflow to ensure clean dishes are available 100% of the time.
• Maintains a good team environment by assisting other team members with their station duties and side-work when there is a need and/or when available.

Job Summary
