Job Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload dishwashing machines while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish room.
• Monitor water temperature to ensure proper sanitation and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain adequate supplies of dish detergents and cleaning materials.
• Assist in trash removal from the dish room to the dumpster.
