The Dishwasher will oversee kitchen dish operations during their shift.

Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

• Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Practicing good cleanliness and sanitary standards
• Assisting with cleaning and organizing the restaurant
• Stocking and managing products, including waste control
• Excelling in time management
• Following all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
• Detail-oriented
• Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
• Effective communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
• A strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services

Reports To: General Manager / Chef de Cuisine

Pay: Hourly

Hours: Part Time and Full Time
