Job summary

Hoffbrau Steaks in Granbury, TX is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep dishware, glassware, utensils, and pots clean and ready for service. You will operate dish machines, maintain a clean dish area, restock supplies, and follow SOPs with professionalism and a team-first attitude.

Applicants should be capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working flexible shifts including weekends. Uniforms are required; strict sanitation standards apply.

Primary Job Functions:

• Properly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and dish machine.
• Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove all garbage and linen.
• Break down, clean and sanitize the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keep storage areas and parking lot clean and organized.
• Performs additional responsibilities, as requested by the management team at any time.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• This position will spend 100% of the time standing and working in congested areas
• Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
• Must be able to withstand continuous walking, standing, bending and climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds when needed.
• Must be able to life, carry, push and/or pull up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
