Join Our Team as a Dishwasher at Out West Restaurant Group

Come join the Outback family as a Dishwasher, where you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares at the restaurant. Your duties will include trash disposal and linen bag removal. You will also ensure that washed items meet temperature criteria, contributing to a great dining experience by providing guests with perfectly clean plates and silverware.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils
• Practice food safety and sanitation
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed
• General cleaning of the restaurant
• Operate dish machine and handle chemicals safely
• Keep floors clean and dry
• Ensure dishes and smallware are cleaned properly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
• Team player
• Availability for various shifts (opens, swings, closes)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Visual and physical ability to perform job duties
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
