Job summary

OHSO BREWERY AND DISTILLERY is seeking dependable dishwashers to keep dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and organized behind the scenes. You’ll help maintain a safe, efficient kitchen and may assist with light prep and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and smallwares
• Organize and restock clean items in their proper locations
• Keep the dish area clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift
• Test and monitor dishwashing equipment daily
• Empty trash and recycling as needed
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surrounding work areas
• Assist with limited food-preparation tasks when needed
• Restock kitchen and service items as directed
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties
• Communicate clearly with cooks, chefs, and other team members
• Step in wherever needed to support the kitchen team

We are looking for dependable, hard-working Dishwashers who take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Dishwashers are an essential part of our kitchen team and help make sure our cooks, servers, and guests have everything they need for a successful shift.

In this role, you’ll clean and restock dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools while helping maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. You may also assist with light prep, trash removal, restocking, and other supportive kitchen tasks as needed.

Pay

• $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees who average at least 30 hours per week after 12 months of employment
