Job summary

Waterstone of Grayson in Grayson, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our assisted living community. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing utensils, pots, pans, and dishware, supporting a clean and welcoming dining environment for residents.

As part of our team, you will interact with residents and staff in a respectful manner and help maintain kitchen and service areas. Training is provided, and benefits are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED preferred.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by Corporate SSL, State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper cleaning and handling of all utensils, pots, pans, china, glassware and silverware in dishwasher area.
• Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to the guest; cleans and organizes all dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed; handles the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas and assists the cook on the serving line during meal periods.
• Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
