Job summary

Quorum Hospitality's Lot 12 location at Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly, supporting the team and guest experience. You will wash and organize dishes, operate the dish machine, maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas, and adhere to safety standards.

A positive, team-focused attitude is valued and prior F&B exposure helps.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.

As a Dishwasher, you'll be essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting our restaurant's operations and helping create a seamless guest experience. Your role will keep the kitchen sparkling and the team running smoothly, allowing everyone to focus on delivering outstanding service.

Your Role:

As a Dishwasher, you'll be integral to the daily operation of our kitchen. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Clean and organize dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and drinkware.
• Operate dish machine and handle trash disposal.
• Ensure cleanliness in kitchen, bar, storerooms, and assigned areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and follow directions.
• Contribute to a warm and friendly work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.
