Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restocks dish station and storage as needed.
• May clean dining room tables.
• Fetches special equipment for kitchen as requested.
• Promotes safe and environmentally friendly work habits in all duties.
• Prepares food line items as requested, including cutting produce and meat.
• Monitors floors and wet areas for hazards and removes hazards.
• Follows proper washing, rinsing, and soaking temperatures for utensils and cookware.
• Performs side duties like cleaning, presoaking setup, and organizing storerooms and storage areas.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, back hallways, and equipment.
• Assists management with other tasks as directed.

JOB SUMMARY: Support the Pastry Chef, Sous Chef & Executive Chef in maintaining an exceptionally clean and sanitized environment for the culinary team. Works in tandem with the culinary team to support multiple venues, events, and functions.
