Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will ensure the cleanliness and readiness of all prep-, dish-, and bar-ware, maintaining an organized workspace and stock of supplies to support daily service.

Ideal candidates are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow safety protocols with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, pivot, and stoop frequently.
• Must be able to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, etc.
• Inspect items to ensure highest cleanliness standards and take corrective action when needed
• Maintain an organized work area and functional stock of supplies
• Assist in general kitchen and work area cleanliness including sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping
• Work orderly and efficiently to meet business demands
• Store cleaned items in an organized, safe, and secure manner
