Job summary

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a responsible dishwasher to join a dish team in a small fine‑dining environment. You will maintain clean dishes and stock, and assist in ensuring prep materials are cleaned, organized, and ready for chefs.

With multiple outlets and growth plans, this is a great opportunity for a reliable team member to contribute to smooth service, working 3pm–midnight on a full-time schedule in Denver, CO. Per diem pay is offered at $190 per day.

Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized.
