Job summary

Makeready in Denver is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support back-of-house operations. You will help ensure sanitized equipment, proper organization, and timely prep support to keep service smooth.

You will load and unload dishwashing machines, wash items by hand, and help ensure an ample supply of clean dishes during peak hours while supporting overall kitchen flow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash specific items by hand as needed.
• Keep dishes, glasses and equipment organized and stored properly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.

This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back of house area, and assists with the preparation of food as need.

Requested Tasks

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly
• Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensil, especially during peak hours
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
