Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area at all times.
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with light prep tasks or kitchen support when needed.
• Keep floors dry and safe to prevent hazards.
• Monitor chemical levels and follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Support cooks and service staff by ensuring equipment is available and ready.
