Job summary

Parkview Senior Living in Colville, WA is currently seeking a dishwasher to join our team. The role supports daily dining operations by washing, drying, and storing dishes and keeping the dish-pit clean.

Responsibilities include assisting with table clearing, dining area setup, and routine cleaning tasks; may help with stocking and organizing supplies. Ideal candidates are at least 16, fluent in English, and able to lift 25 lbs frequently; WA Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and/or over 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to obtain a WA State Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and store dishes following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well organized dish-pit.
• Complete daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
• Keep equipment in the kitchen clean per schedule.
• Wash edges and legs of tables as scheduled/needed.
• Assist with clearing tables and setting up dining area.
• May assist with stocking and putting away orders as requested.
• Remove/dispose of garbage at end of shift and between meals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Removing/throwing away garabage at end of shift and/or between meals.

Dishwasher qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Must be interested in geriatrics, be able to read, write, speak an understand the English language

• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and/or over 50 pounds occasionally

• Must be able to obtain a WA State Food Handler Certification
