J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a dishwasher to support a professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchen. You will maintain spotless dishware, assist with opening and closing duties, and uphold sanitation standards in a busy dining room environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.

• Proper sanitation protocols must be followed.
• Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
