REPORTS TO: SOUS CHEF AND EXECUTIVE CHEF
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
POSITION SUMMARY: The dishwasher timely washes dish and glassware, while maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen area, receiving area, and waste removal area.
