Paycom - ATS is seeking a reliable Kitchen/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dish areas, equipment, and serviceware. You will support a fast-paced kitchen by ensuring a steady flow of clean items for BOH and FOH teams.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, hand-washing pots and pans, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness across the dish area and surrounding spaces.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate designated equipment, per state/local rules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain quality.
• Must stay organized and complete tasks with efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and verify dish machine function and chemical levels during shift.
• Scrape, rinse, load and operate dishwashing equipment properly.
• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, glassware, and dishware.
• Clean pots, pans and cooking equipment by hand using proper warewashing procedures.
• Sort, remove and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and surrounding workspaces.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and maintain three-compartment sink as needed.
• Support team efficiency by providing a steady flow of clean items.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and timely service.
• Complete additional cleaning tasks in kitchen and restaurant as directed.

PurposeTo maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen dish areas, equipment, utensils, and serviceware in order to support efficient operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
