Job summary

The Jimmy in Charlotte, part of Noble Food & Pursuits, is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our back of house. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, wash and sanitize dishes, and assist with general cleaning to keep the flow of service steady.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout service.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Keep up with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general kitchen cleanliness.
• Support the kitchen with basic cleaning, restocking, and additional tasks as needed.
• Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work with urgency and consistency to support the pace of the kitchen.

We are looking for a reliable and hard working Dishwasher to join our back of house team. This role is essential to the flow of the kitchen and helps keep the entire operation clean, organized, and moving. We need someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands the importance of supporting the team every shift.
