Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a Full-Time Kitchen/ dishwashing role in Chandler, AZ. Schedule is 10:30am-7pm. You will wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean kitchen area to support dining operations.

The position requires physical activity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits and daily Pay options are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, and move frequently during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas according to schedules.
• Clean dish room, wash floor mats, operate dishwasher, and shine stainless steel surfaces.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, and storage areas.

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time, 10:30am-7pm.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher, and shining stainless steel
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Must be aself-starter
• Must be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team
