Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support dining operations. You will wash utensils, clean production areas, and maintain a pristine kitchen environment.

This role offers hourly pay and a collaborative team setting. Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work a physical, fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Must be self-starting and proactive.
• Able to communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently during shifts.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and push or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and pots; perform general cleaning duties.
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces per schedules and procedures.
• Clean dish room, wipe floor mats, drain and clean the dishwasher, and polish stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, and storage areas.

Job Description

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• must be self starter
• must be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team
• must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently during working hours
• must be able to lift, and carry up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 40 lbs.
