Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils and perform general cleaning duties in the dining area.
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for the dining room reset.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas per schedules and procedures.
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other kitchen-related spaces.
