Job summary

The Lodge at Mammoth Cave (MCNP ONP LLC) is seeking summer staff passionate about customer service to join their team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to help provide an exceptional experience for guests visiting the National Park.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and handle bending, twisting, and squatting tasks.
• Dexterity in using kitchen equipment and carrying heavy trays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on feet for the majority of the shift.

• Follow all health and safety procedures in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and store items appropriately
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Organize items as they are cleaned, restock areas where items are stored
• Follow all procedures outlined for health and safety in accordance with company policies and follow proper use and storage of chemicals used to clean kitchen items.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
• Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
