Key responsibilities as a Dishwasher for dnata Catering include ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will work closely with kitchen staff to efficiently clean and organize the kitchen area, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your role involves operating commercial dishwashing machines, handling and storing clean dishes properly, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace are essential to contribute to dnata Catering's success and reputation.

You Will

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow established rules for entry to building and work areas, proper attire, and comply with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene, while observing security precautions mandated by management.
• Load dishwashing machines with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers.
• Ensure dishwashing machines operate at proper temperatures and have necessary detergents and chemicals.
• Unload cleaned items and store them appropriately.
• Sanitize trolleys, carriers, oven racks, and drawers, then deliver them to storage areas.
• Develop sanitation schedules to meet SOP frequency and ensure all sanitation team members follow chemical safety and food safety procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Lead employees to ensure safety, compliance with company and regulatory procedures, and adherence to sanitation SOPs, with proper documentation.
• Possess working knowledge of GMPs, sanitation procedures, and HACCP.

NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The hourly salary for this position is $21.46, not including incentives. Compensation considers location, experience, qualifications, and training.

You Have

• EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dishwashing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload.
• Flexibility for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong prioritization skills and multitasking ability.

Additional Demands:

Requires multitasking under time constraints, constant attention to detail, following instructions, punctuality, and productivity. Must regularly stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds. Observe safety procedures and work in an indoor environment with variable noise levels.
