Responsibilities

• Follow established rules for entry to building and work areas, proper attire, and HACCP hygiene guidelines, observing security precautions.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand from all kitchens and VIP presentations.
• Load soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware into the dishwashing machine.
• Ensure the dishwashing machine operates at proper temperature with the necessary detergents and chemicals.
• Unload the machine and store cleaned items appropriately.
• Sanitize trolleys, oven racks, and drawers, then deliver to storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize interior areas and external property.
• Handle waste disposal according to regulations.
• Promptly mop spills and keep floors dry to prevent slips and falls.
• Use proper detergents and maintain sanitation chemicals and equipment safely.
• Sanitize restrooms and high-traffic areas, including walls and floors.
• Empty refuse containers and dispose of waste properly.

The salary for this position is $25.46 hourly with weekly pay, which is base pay only and does not include incentives. Final compensation considers factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.
