Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Operate dish-washing machines to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment.
• Clean production equipment as directed.
