Job summary

Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village is seeking a Dishwasher to join our dining services team on Bend's westside. Starting pay is $18.78 per hour, with potential for more based on experience. Shifts offer no late nights and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

We have one full-time position (Fri-Wed, 2:00pm-9:00pm) and one part-time (Sat 3:00pm-8:00pm, Sun/Mon 11:00am-7:30pm). Responsibilities include dishwashing and occasional back-of-house tasks to help meals run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and follow safety standards.
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate necessary kitchen equipment to perform dishwashing duties.
• Maintain a clean, healthy environment for residents, guests and staff.
• Work as part of a kitchen team to support overall dining services operations.
• Assist in other back-of-house duties as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Starting salary of $18.78 per hour (minimum, or more depending on experience), paid time off, bonuses and more!

NO LATE NIGHTS! You're home before 9:00pm on a closing shift!

We have 1 x full-time (Friday through Wednesday 2:00pm-9:00pm) and 1 x part-time (Saturday 3:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday/Monday 11:00am-7:30pm) available.

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village has an opening for a Dishwasher with strong skills and abilitieswithin our Dining Services department. Various schedules available, no late nights! You will focus primarily on dishwashing duties at our resort-style restaurants, but may be asked to participate in other back of house duties to help our kitchen run smoothly.

In this position, you have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team both within the department and within Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in general, to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors.

Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time, able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ensure dishwasher duties are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
• Work within a team environment to achieve daily goals
• Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members
