Job summary

ShorewoodSenior Living in Florence, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our compassionate team. Shifts: Mon 9:00am-2:00pm, Fri-Sun 9:00am-2:00pm; potential to take additional dish shifts or cross-train as server as available.

The Dishwasher cleans dishes, helps buss tables, assists with light food prep, and follows all food safety procedures under the Kitchen Director. Must have a current state food handler card; applicants should value elder care and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current food handling card as required by the state; we can assist you in getting this
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions and make decisions
• Must be able to work on a regular schedule, and on-call as needed; need to have reliable transportationto work
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
• Must meet all health requirements
• Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

Responsibilities

ShorewoodSenior Living is looking for someone to join our team as a Dishwasher. Salary range$15.55-$16.00per hour depending upon experience. General shifts would be Mon 9:00am-2:00pm, Fri-Sun 9:00am-2:00pm. Opportunity to additional dish shifts or even cross train as serveras available.
